Designed in collaboration with K2LD Architects, its built environment has been reconciled with an arresting botanical layer that pays homage to a secret garden that once occupied the site. Greenery rises upwards from every level, evoking flowing and spacious private gardens throughout the homes.
The landscape, characterised by a careful selection of climbing, low-lying, flowering, and fragrant plant varieties that thrive in an urban climate, inherently contributes to the overall aesthetics of the boutique residential development.
Incorporating resilient species such as Madagascar Jasmine, known for its fragrant white flowers, native climbers like Creeping Fig, which softens walls and enhances natural privacy, and the vibrant autumnal hues of the Crimson Glory Vine, which add a striking seasonal touch to its façade, The Springfield is sensorially enriched by a lushly layered veil that creates year-round visual interest. The landscape design ethos emphasises the integration of greenery at multiple levels, with features such as tensile wires supporting vertical gardens, ensuring that every resident can experience the tranquillity of nature from their homes.
